Around 15 months back, I overcame the fear of quitting a well-settled job in the Big 4s to join Windy Street in its nascent stage. Today, I feel proud of my life-changing decision to be an integral part of an organization, which has grown from a team of 2 people to a team of 50+; from one service line to five service lines; and from one client to multiple clients in a short span of time.
