Bhavesh started Windy Street, after working in the U.S. for several years, to help international accounting and professional firms deliver exceptional client service through cross-border teaming.

He was the EY Central Region Champion for offshoring from India. As part of this role, he conceptualized a new team which significantly changed the way in which the U.S. teams leverage India talent.

He worked as a Senior Manager at the U.S. and India practice of a Big 4 leading transaction advisory / financial diligence projects. He has led 100+ transactions across sectors, clients (private equity and Fortune 500 corporates) and target size ($1 million to $58 billion).

He is a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and graduated from St. Xavier’s College.

Bhavesh is married to Priya who works at a law firm and has a 2-year old daughter, Aarohi. He spends most of his free-time at home playing with his daughter. During office breaks, Bhavesh loves to play table-tennis with colleagues.

Saurabh Aggarwal started Windy Street with Bhavesh Agarwal, and specializes in providing transaction diligence services to clients in the Americas region across different sectors with an overall professional experience of 12+ years. In this role, he manages a diligence client and independently leads end-to-end engagements, and also oversees L&D initiatives.

Saurabh’s expertise is leading buy-side and sell-side middle market transactions – drafting an engagement scope, monitoring datarooms, performing quality of earnings analysis, identifying key issues, evaluating working capital requirements and debt considerations.

Saurabh has been on rotation programs to the US (professional rotation) and Europe (academic rotation), thereby gaining global exposure.

Saurabh is passionate on building on Windy’s core values – Trust, Quality and People – providing high-quality services to our clients as well as building a specialized diligence team of highly committed professionals.

Amit joined the Transactions practice at Windy Street in 2021 and is leading mid-market buy-side and sell-side deals in U.S. Healthcare sector. Overall, he has 16+ years of diverse experience, primarily in financial diligence.

Prior to joining Windy Street, he worked as a Senior Manager with Big 4 Global Team and supported U.S. Healthcare and South East Regional Practices focusing on Mid-Market Deals. He is experienced in performing quality of earnings analysis, determining working capital peg, debt and debt-like analysis, waterfall analysis, etc. He has also been to U.S. on multiple rotation programs.

He is a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from Delhi University.

Amit is married to Disha, an IT Professional, and has 7 year old twin boys, Viyan and Vidhaan. During his free time, he loves to play games and do some craft activities with his kids. He also loves to go out for long-drives and short-vacations with family.

Raghav leads the audit and assurance practice at Windy Street. He is a seasoned auditor with over 13 years of experience. Before joining Windy Street, he had a long-term association with Deloitte and EY, where he served clients in the financial service industry – ranging from some of the most prominent private equity players across the globe with AUM over 100 billion to serving many medium-smaller hedge funds, fund of funds and crypto funds.

Raghav also worked as the Manager at the Cayman Islands with EY Cayman, where he significantly improved the engagement economics by introducing the EY GDS team to his engagements, bringing better realizations.

He is a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and graduated from Delhi University.

He likes to churn out happy-tummy dishes during reboot time and bond with family and friends over long drives.

Siddharth (‘Sid’) is leading one of our key clients in the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. In this role, Sid is responsible for independently leading buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence engagements. He enjoys taking several additional responsibilities which are helping us build Windy Street as an organization.

Before joining Windy Street, Sid was a Vice President at a Big-4 India firm with cumulative experience of 75+ M&A deals across multiple sectors, geographies and target sizes.

Over the course of his 12+ year career as a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent), Sid has worked with many large corporates, entrepreneur-driven companies, start-ups, PE and VC funds in advising them on M&A transactions. Prior to working on M&A deals, Sid was part of the audit team for a few years.

Sid is married to Shally and is a proud father of two daughters (Peher and Mannat). Sid loves spending time with his family and also strongly supports Windy’s hybrid way of working.

Vibhor has more than 14 years of professional experience and specializes in providing business valuation and investment banking services for various merger & acquisition (M&A) and other financial transations to clients covering all the major global regions including Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Prior to joining Windy Street, Vibhor was working with a Big 4 accounting firm for several years supporting multiple valuation engagement for various M&A and financial transactions across sectors. He is experienced in valuing businesses and equities, intangible assets, tangible and other assets using income approach, market approach and cost approach of valuation.

Vibhor has worked with global clients and have been on multiple rotation programs to the US, Middle East and Japan (professional rotation), thereby gaining global exposure in cross border transactions.

Vibhor is a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon, India and completed his Bachelors or Technology (Btech – Production Engineering) degree from Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur, India.

Krishna has 13 years of experience in financial due diligence, auditing and financial reporting. Prior to joining Windy Street, Krishna has experience working with the audit and transaction advisory teams of Big-4 firms. He also has exposure of working in the industry with companies like Samsung. He is experienced in analyzing financial statements, performing quality of earnings analysis, evaluating working capital requirements, etc.

Krishna is a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) and graduated from Rajasthan University, India. He is blessed with twins and enjoys spending his free time with them.

Avnish has approximately 17 years of experience in accounting, reporting, and audit. Prior to joining Windy Street, he held key roles as Financial Controller in the Accounting & Reporting teams at organizations such as Genpact, AXA (formerly XL Catlin), Royal Bank of Scotland (now NatWest), and Infosys Ltd. In these positions, he ensured seamless, timely, and accurate financial reporting and analysis.

A Chartered Accountant (equivalent to CPA), Avnish is married with two sons. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching movies, and playing cricket.

Surjeet is a highly experienced financial advisory professional with over 11 years of expertise in the field. A Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent), Surjeet has developed a robust foundation in delivering exceptional financial due diligence services.

Throughout his career, Surjeet has worked with prestigious global firms such as EY, Deloitte, and BDO RISE, gaining extensive experience in financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. This extensive background has equipped Surjeet with a sharp attention to detail, superior analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial reporting.

After a distinguished tenure with leading industry players, Surjeet joined Windy Street, where he continues to provide best-in-class outsourcing services, empowering businesses to navigate critical financial decisions with accuracy and confidence.

Ambika is a seasoned Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) with over 14 years of experience in external audit, having served a diverse range of clients across both non-financial and financial sectors, including Healthcare, Consumer & Retail Services, Media & Entertainment, Insurance, and Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Audits, among others.

Saurabh is a qualified Cost Accountant, MBA in Finance, and IFRS Certified professional with nearly 18 years of experience in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, business analysis, project management, risk, and compliance. Before joining Windy Street, Saurabh primarily worked in the Banking and Financial Services sector, specializing in finance functions under US GAAP and IFRS.

He has expertise in managing complex finance transformation projects, legal entity reporting, general ledger accounting, and analyzing key financial statements to assess organizational performance. Saurabh is a proud father of two and enjoys spending quality time with his family. In his free time, he connects with nature, practices yoga, and enjoys watching movies.

Mohit is a dynamic and results-oriented Chartered Accountant (equivalent to CPA) with over 12 years of experience leading and executing comprehensive audit engagements across various sectors, including Financial Services, Technology, Franchising, Manufacturing, Power & Utilities, Real Estate, Investment Management, and EBP Audit. He oversees audits for both listed and private clients.

Before joining Windy Street, Mohit gained valuable experience working with PwC and EY. He is part of a family of six and enjoys traveling with them.

Monika brings over 9 years of expertise in US taxation, tax compliance & financial analysis. She spent more than 5 years at Deloitte in the Multistate Tax Practice before joining Windy Street, and also worked for over a year with SG Analytics.

Monika holds an MBA from Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, India. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience working with clients based in the United States, both onsite and offsite, focusing on federal and state tax returns, tax provisions, estimates and extensions, and notice responses for Corporations (Form 1120), Partnerships (Form 1065), and S Corporations (Form 1120-S). Her experience also includes overseeing resource scheduling and dealing with regular staffing requirements. Her key industry experience in tax compliance includes Manufacturing and Private Equity.

Abhimanyu Wadhwa is an accomplished professional with over 8 years of experience in sales and use tax consulting and compliance. His career includes 5 years at Deloitte and 1 year at PwC, where he developed extensive expertise in managing over 5,000 sales and use tax registrations and 500+ Voluntary Disclosure Agreements (VDAs). Abhimanyu is known for his proficiency in notice handling, state compliance, and conducting nexus and taxability studies. He is also skilled in helping clients secure tax refunds, ensuring compliance while optimizing tax positions.

Abhimanyu holds an MBA (2016) and is an Enrolled Agent (EA) aspirant, having cleared one of the required papers. Passionate about personal growth, he continues to stay current with evolving tax regulations. Outside of work, Abhimanyu enjoys traveling and fitness, with a goal to visit 15 countries by 2028. His dedication to both professional and personal development makes him a key asset to any team in the sales and use tax space.
