Skills

  • Experience with working on various leveraged buyouts, acquisition, and financial reporting and compliance models.
  • Experience of working with databases such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Factset, etc.
  • Coordinating with audit teams to ensure a smooth execution of the audit process.
  • Working with management to collect information on the transaction, identifying assets to be valued and liabilities to be allocated.
  • Providing valuation reports detailing all the valuation assumpions and methodologies used in the model.
  • End-to-end transaction support for our clients.
